White Sails Fresh Sea Food

If you're looking for exceptionally fresh, delicious, authentic Vietnamese seafood and fish, this is the place! It is in a bit of a narrow alley, right in the middle of the bustling shopping district of Hoi An. The majority of the guests here are Vietnamese, which is a very good sign. My wife and I came here twice over the course of 4 nights in Hoi An -- the food was that good. They offer a really wide variety of dishes and preparations. Everything was excellent. Thank you!

Really good place for fresh seafood. The crispy prawns were phenomenal. I could eat those all day. The scallops in garlic were tasty. The peppered crab was delicious. We had also the seafood noodles that I really enjoyed except the squid was a bit overcooked for my liking. If you want to go somewhere in Hoi An with locals this is the place. Barely any tourists compared to around the area.

If you want the freshest seafood in the Ancient City part of Hoi An then come here. It’s not easy to find, goes under two names and is down a side street. But once you’re there the choice, quality and cooking of fresh seafood is amazing. Best lobster EVER.

Recommended by a local Vietnamese friend. The restaurant is quite hidden in an alleyway. This place was really good for seafood and reasonably priced with a variety of dishes to order not just seafood but local Hoi An delicacies. We observed many locals come here to celebrate birthdays, host parties and have dinner so it is authentic. Not many tourists here the odd one or two including myself. We ordered most things on the menu as you can see from the pictures. I recommend the seafood platter deal for variety and mainly the seafood. Surprisingly the duck was not bad. Would definitely come again.

The receptionist at our hotel recommended this place for seafood and not many tourists. Located in a quiet ally, it offers many seafood options at affordable prices. The seafood is fresh and tasty. It can become a bit loud if many tables are full, but the food is amazing. Walking distance from the Old Town.

Just had a very sumptuous dinner here. Food is extremely fresh and prices reasonable. We wanted help for a location where we can get a grab car. Waitress Tam was so helpful and she speaks good English. She managed to give us excellent instructions on how we can get a car to bring us back to hotel.

Loved this local seafood spot in Hoi an. Recommended by a local and I’m glad we listened. food was very fresh and delicious, try everything! We had the scampi, squid, fish, octopus, crab noodles, lobster, pork skewers and could have kept ordering. They aren’t the quickest with service so don’t come if you’re in a rush but it’s definitely worth the wait!

Had a wonderful meal at White Sail Restaurant! The portion sizes were decent, and the prices felt reasonable for the quality of food. The real standout for me was the snail with garlic and butter! perfectly cooked, rich, and flavorful. The octopus salad was another highlight, with fresh, tender octopus and a well-balanced dressing that brought everything together beautifully. Overall, a great spot for a satisfying meal with well-executed dishes. Would definitely return!
